Astanga Yoga (Traditional Indian Yoga ) with therapeutic applications
Acro Yoga (Partner-based) for strength and trust-building
Aerial Yoga for spinal health and flexibility
Aqua Yoga for joint support and rehabilitation
1. Astanga Yoga (Traditional Indian Yoga)
A structured and disciplined classical yoga practice rooted in ancient Indian traditions. It incorporates the Eight Limbs of Yoga—Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi—alongside therapeutic applications for modern ailments.
Master Rajkumar applies simple yet effective therapeutic techniques using props such as yoga blocks, wheels, chairs, ropes, straps, and cleansing practices like Jala Neti and eye cleansing with eye cups, as well as guided meditation. This approach enhances physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity while promoting overall well-being.
He specializes in:
2. Acro Yoga
A unique blend of yoga, partner acrobatics, and healing arts, Acro Yoga focuses on trust, communication, balance, and connection. It fosters teamwork and builds core strength, stability, and mutual respect between practitioners, making it a fun yet deeply empowering experience.
3. Aerial Yoga
Practiced using a suspended silk hammock, Aerial Yoga allows individuals to experience traditional yoga postures in mid-air. It promotes spinal decompression, enhanced flexibility, and graceful movement, offering both therapeutic benefits and a sense of playful exploration.
4. Aqua Yoga
Conducted in water, Aqua Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice ideal for all age groups and fitness levels. The buoyancy of water reduces impact on joints and muscles, making it particularly beneficial for rehabilitation, elderly individuals, and those with physical limitations. It supports balance, mobility, and relaxation in a soothing aquatic environment.
