At the Tamilnadu Yoga Committee (TNYC), we believe that yoga is not just a practice, but a way to unite body, mind, and spirit—across all borders. Our mission, "Yoga for One World, One Health," inspires us to offer inclusive and accessible yoga education for everyone, everywhere.

Class Features:
  • 60-minute sessions

  • Morning and evening batches

  • Available both online and in-person (select locations)

  • Language support in Tamil and English

Schedule Options:
  • 3 Days/Week – ₹1,500/month

  • 5 Days/Week – ₹2,000/month

Regular Yoga Classes

Our Regular Yoga Classes are designed to support your overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being through consistent and structured practice. Led by certified and experienced instructors, these sessions combine traditional yoga techniques with modern health approaches to suit practitioners of all ages and fitness levels.

  • Regular Online Classes: Starting at ₹3,000/month or $40 USD/month

  • Personalized Classes: ₹1000 per session / $15 USD

Online & Overseas Classes

Our Online & Overseas Yoga Classes are designed to make authentic yoga education accessible to individuals around the world. Whether you're in India or living abroad, you can now learn and practice yoga from certified instructors under the guidance of the Tamilnadu Yoga Committee (TNYC)—from the comfort of your home.

  • ₹10,000/month for a package of 12 sessions

Our Personal Yoga Training program offers one-on-one sessions tailored to your individual needs, goals, and schedule. Whether you're a beginner, recovering from an injury, managing stress, or aiming for specific health goals, our customized approach ensures maximum benefits in a private, focused setting.
